Abstract: |
The Australian Government has commenced an 8-year project to build and operate a new super-fast broadband network. This $43 billion dollar project aims to connect 90% of Australians to a 100 Mbps broadband service. Given the uncertainties associated with the project, this paper argues that an alliance contract structure is a suitable model for the delivery of the National Broadband Network. |
