Abstract: |
The Bolte Bridge crossing the Yarra River forms part of the Western Link of the Melbourne City Link Project. This is a government initiated privately funded design and construct infrastructure toll project financed and operated by a consortium. The project was the largest urban road project ever undertaken in Australia with a construction cost of USD 0.9 billion and was constructed over a three year period with completion in mid 1999. |
