Contribution to the calculation of composite beams with elastic composite action.

Methods of Calculations according to the exact equations for rigid and elastic composite action as well as without composite action are discussed. The application of closed solutions is essential for the calculation of the elastic composite action. Some closed solutions for the normal force and the deflection are given. Applications of the introduced composite factor and the spring models behind it are shown. Finally, an approximation method is developed from an extended spring model and the composite factor. The results of model calculations, which were carried out by both methods, show a good agreement.
