This report illustrates the impact of sampling and the treatment of the samples as well as the chemical analysis on chloride content. Furthermore, parameters that influence chloride corrosion are discussed. Misunderstandings concerning critical chloride content are also clarified. Finally, the handling of chloride content, impacting parameters and the possibility of corrosion are demonstrated from an expert perspective.
