Abstract:

The article presents the assessment data that explain how the defects impact on the bearing capacity of radio tower pylons and stress and strain state of the pylons. The obtained results raise the possibility of replacing the equipment set on the radio towers with the additional equipment, including the one for solar radiation regeneration.
