Abstract: This article deals with the study and searching for healthy and safety measures in Spanish university campuses after Covid'19. It reviews the security, cleaning and adaptation practices of common spaces, taking as a case of study the campus of the Catholic University of Murcia. Protocols of sanitation and adaptation on this matter that were developed in 2020-21 academic year did not have more references than the Guide of good practices and recommendations made by the Ministry of Health (Government of Spain). It is necessary to carry out a critical analysis to detect possible deficiencies, improving them to guarantee the security of students and workers. At UCAM Murcia campus, a SWOT analysis (DAFO) has been carried out, detecting the weakest points of the previously applied protocol. This analysis was exposed in a Technical Conference with the participation of the Military Emergency Unit UME (Government of Spain), which evaluated the measures adopted and the proposals for improvement of the researcher group, indicating additional aspects to consider, comparing them with the protocol created by them applied in nursing homes. In this way, a new manual of good practices was prepared and is available for being consulted with the goal of elaborating or adaptating the protocols to the new needs of the health crisis from now on.
