Abstract:

On emergency, traffic guidance can evacuate traffic flow quickly. But, traffic guidance model on normality is not suit to emergency, it need be improved. According to road net characteristic on emergency, this paper brings road net frangibility forward, and inducts it to traffic guidance model, traffic guidance model on emergency based on road net frangibility is founded, and this model is demarcated by real data. At last, traffic guidance model on normality and emergency are applied, the result indicates: traffic flow is more uniform by improved model, improved model is fit for traffic guidance on emergency.
