This article intended to analyze the factors that affect the development of low-carbon building, to establish a low-carbon building Influencing factors framework system with social, economic, technique, management index, combining Analytic Hierarchy Process and DEMATEL method, to provide reference for the authority to promote low-carbon building by processing the influential factor in the framework and providing 5 key factors that restrain the development of low-carbon building. |
