Abstract:

This paper is based on the 1:1 full scale static experiment analysis of china's first self-designed single line rail transit with a section of U-shaped beam. The design of static load test is introduced. Key Stresses, displacements as well as cracks under design load, cracking load and failure load are described in detail so as to show the U-shaped beam’s stiffness, strength and crack resistance properties. A finite element model is also established to conduct the simulation tests and studies of U-shaped beam and judge the U-shaped beam’s reliability and support the study of U-shaped beam in complex space stress situation through comparing the theoretical result with the test results. What is more, this paper also provides a crack mode of U-shaped beam for further design reference.
