Abstract:

The K value is an important economic and technical indicator of architecture design. For the K value of the holistic teaching building group is too low, so it is needed to be optimized. By analyzing the factors which influences the K value, the paper sets up theory models, and study the K value under different corridor size of the four unit modes, then puts up with optimizing design strategy and the proper range of K value of different mode of holistic teaching building group.
