Guangzhou South Railway Station is composed of 28 lines laid in several cast-in-site pre-stressed concrete bridges, which forms a feature of several lines concentrated arranging and narrow construction space, meanwhile for the urgent construction period, a transversely and longitudinally moving bailey beam-column-support systematical construction technology was creatively proposed and successfully applied, needless of repeating removal and installation of supports, it curtailed stage period, thus it decreased the materials abrasion and saved materials and labours. At the same time, a novel hanging formwork system successfully solved difficulties in the construction of platform beams and plates, including limited construction space, lots of interference from other procedures. |
