Abstract:

For guaranteeing the collaboration between behavior subjects and the highest efficiency in cooperative tactics, collaborative approaches or authority approaches can be adopted to design the institution of behavior right configuration. The strategic point collaboration among highway project subjects lies in the considering of individual interest of behavior subject from overall collaboration surplus. The behavior right institution can regulate the distribution of overall collaboration surplus to realize the collaboration and the optimal overall profit in the highway construction project.
