Abstract:

According to the analysis of evolution mechanisms and status of supporting public service facilities in settlements of Jinzhou city, we have explored the effectiveness of principles and indicators related to public buildings supporting in GB “Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Specifications” and thought the problems exist in currently supporting public buildings preliminarily. Then we propose that the establishment and improvement of local adaptive standards of settlements’ supporting public buildings are necessary and the proposal to establish and integrate the system of settlements’ supporting public buildings under the framework of the basic “principle” and “standard”.
