Abstract: |
This study examines the relationships among team identification, knowledge integration and project management performance. Using data from 22 high-tech companies with 115 employees in China, this study finds that team identification is positively related to knowledge integration but not related to project management performance. In addition, knowledge integration plays an intermediary role on team identification and project management performance, and has direct positive impact on project management performance. |
