Abstract:

In order to maximize profits as best as they can, contractors has caused low construction quality and made safety accidents repeatedly occur by taking strategy of “Hidden Action” for utilizing the vantage point of information asymmetry in process of building products. In applying evolutionary game theory, this paper will build and analyze the evolutionary game mode of client and contractor, as well as discussing countermeasures that how to reduce contractor’s behavioral choice of “Hidden Action” and promote the quality safety of construction engineering.
