The Musée des Abattoirs-(which translates to museum of slaughterhouse),is a museum in the French south-west, in the city of Toulouse, capital of the Haute-Garonne département. The museum opened in 2000 in a former slaughterhouse from 1823 and houses an important collection of Modern and Contemporary art.
