This paper presents an educational innovation experience proposal, to develop in academic year 2017-2018. This experience includes actions derives from the collaborative work between teachers of "Measurements and Budgets" and "Construction Works and Economic Management", within Degree in Building Engineering of Castilla-La Mancha University (Spain) and "Measurements and Budgets" within Degree in Building of Granada University (Spain). Educational experience should take a teaching system based on student's individual and collective work, using active methodologies regarding with two basic factors: students' knowledge of fundamental concepts and the development of these concepts through a common academic work with specific software, habitual and extended in the national and international professional scope (BIM, SYNCHRO Pro, Presto). The IT tools incorporation in methodological process of the obligatory subjects should lead to an indisputable improvement in the learning process, especially in the last courses, necessary for their future professional activity. The students learn the importance of teamwork and the concept of transversality, which the companies in the sector also request. This way, the student will acquire subjects’ skills and competences, without forgetting the global context of their degree. Interest and need to know, reason and relate will take part of student’s daily activity, favoring later his professional activity. |
