Based on the data and assumptions of Modeling Problem B in the 12th National Mathematical Contest, and through building the models, this paper studies the node allocation in the traffic patrol service platform jurisdiction, the full and fast blockade of the platform scheduling, a reasonable increase of the service platform in the blind area, the evaluation of the service platform, and the best design of the police lockdown plan. Furthermore, combined with the analysis of the police time, the balanced degree and effective coverage, the model is optimized. |
