Notes

The new 12-lane bridge includes 4 side-by- side, double leaf bascule spans, each with a 82m center-to-center trunnion spacing and an overall bridge width of 76m. The bascule span is supported on delta-shaped concrete bascule piers. Provides a 53m horizontal channel for navigation. Open position affords unrestricted vertical clearance within designated channel and a 21m minimum vertical clearance, span closed, for navigation.
