Rhyl Pont Y Ddraig Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge September 2013

Nearing completion of the new pedestrian and cycle bridge between Rhyl and Kinmel Bay is almost finished! Only the final finishing touches left and it will be open very shortly in October.
