Abstrait: | Due to the pursuit of bridge aesthetics and landscape requirement, natural frequencies of footbridges tend to be much lower, which produces the vibration problems and thus causes discomfort for pedestrian. In this paper, a cable stayed pedestrian bridge with inclined pylons, with main span of 240m, was studied from the points of wind induced vibration and pedestrian induced vibration. To get the wind induced vibration of the bridge, numerical simulations were performed by CFD technique to get the aerostatic and aerodynamic parameters of bridge deck, pylons and cables. After the wind field simulation, buffeting response analysis was performed using time-domain method, and vibration of bridge deck has been obtained. To get the pedestrian induced vibration, several modes of the bridge have been focused. Human induced vibration has been analysed based on sinusoidal load models. Based on the vibration analysis, comfort evaluation was performed. Some vibration control measurement and management measures have been put forward. |
