Because of its own characteristics and advantages, increasingly, EPC construction mode has been more and more applied in international projects. In this paper, firstly, the author points out the issues of performance management based on EPC Construction Mode and builds the system project performance management, then, the author stresses the mutual collaboration of EPC performance management, which must be emphasized, and improve the performance of EPC construction mode through the management of performance. |
