Abstrait: |
Since 2011, three locks on the Walloon part of river Meuse, (Lanaye, Ivoz-Ramet, Ampsin in Belgium) are being calibrated for convoys of 9,000 tons (internal dimensions of 25x225m). Two of them (Lanaye and Ivoz-Ramet) were inaugurated in 2015; works on the Ampsin site will start in 2018 and will be achieved within 5 years. The presentation will provide information about the structural differences and similarities between these three locks. |
