Beijing Automotive Industry R & D Base, a key construction project in Beijing, is one of the landmarks of Beijing. The central area of the roof structure is the radiation beam string structure prestressed cable. Prestressed structure is very difficult. A minute description of the prestressed construction plan is given. Some first-phase preparations such as the construction simulation calculation and prestressing device design are introduced. Finite element analysis by MIDAS construction simulation software, combined with practical engineering steel and prestressed proposed construction technology, the entire structure of the cable tension, stress and vertical displacement of a comprehensive monitoring. According to the construction simulation results and site construction monitoring result, the features of prestress and steel structure construction of the structure are proposed, which may be a reference for other similar projects. |
