Abstrait:

In the process of railway tunnel construction, it is very important to monitor and predict the subgrade settlement. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high cost, low accuracy and hidden safety problems in the detection of tunnel construction quality and safety by manual hand-held radar, this paper studies the construction quality and safety detection scheme of Lushan Tunnel, a new railway connecting line of Huzhou-Hangzhou high-speed railway. Firstly, the settlement and deformation observation points are set up on both sides and near the middle of the tunnel invert. Secondly, the observation elements are buried according to the specified scheme. Then set the monitoring frequency of the original parts after different working procedures to monitor the settlement of the roadbed after tunnel construction. Finally, the curve regression method is proposed to predict and evaluate the tunnel foundation settlement. This scheme mainly solves the problems of low precision and low efficiency in the traditional monitoring scheme. It can continuously monitor the construction quality in real time and predict and monitor the subgrade settlement in the process of tunnel construction.
