Abstrait:

The 32-level Public Bank Building is the tallest building in the city of Johor, Bahru, one of the most dynamic urban developments in Malaysia. Located at a very congested site, the architectural design emphasises efficiency, calling for long spans to create minimally interrupted office space. The service core is located at one side of the building, and only two internal columns interrupt the net 850 m² floors. The lower 11 levels accommodate banking halls, parking, a mechanical floor and a cafeteria level. The upper 20 levels are typical office floors.
