The Kanteerava Indoor Stadium is a new landmark in the city of Bangalore, India. The stadium, with an area of about 10 800 m², has a seating capacity of 4000 spectators and can be used of all types of sports and cultural events. Designed in the shape of an ellipse in plan view, the new stadium has a reinforced concrete roof instead of a more conventional fibre-glass roof. |
