Geothermal Power Station

This project was presented for the first time within the framework of the Action Innovation of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). Some fifteen years ago this idea was still given a skeptical reception. However, in the meantime, new technologies have made considerable progress and thus opened up new possibilities. Furthermore, several small investigations have shown ways to obtain detailed solutions or gaps to be filled up by further research and development. The problems are clearly defined and the time has come to take them in hand.
