The Ludwig-Erhard-Haus, a new service and communication centre, is currently under construction in the Charlottenburg area of Berlin. Covering an area of 7,000 m², with nine floors of offices and two basement levels, the structure will provide 22,000 m² of space. The facilities of the Ludwig-Erhard-Haus will include a public concourse, two 30 m high glazed atria, a conference hall for 450 people that can be partitioned as required, a small cinema, a restaurant, shops and underground parking for 260 vehicles, as well as 18,000 m² of office space in units of from 300 to 3,000 m². |
