Abstrakt: | Inspired by papercraft, we introduce a family of rotationally symmetric ‘sliceform' structures assembled by slotting together planar slices in a regular symmetrical pattern. These structures exhibit a surprising deployable-locking characteristic which we show to be a compliant transformation. |
