The tower stands 55 levels tall (228 m) from its foundations and is crowned by a 25 m tall spire. The tower has an articulated facade with numerous setbacks and changes, including many column transfers. The typical mid-rise floor plate has a net area of approximately 1,500 m², whereas podium floors are in the order of 4,000 m². Typical floor-to-floor height is 4,075 mm, increasing to around 6,000 mm in the trading floor areas. |
