Mersey Gateway Bridge - South Pylon Third to Fourth Lift - September 2015

See the shutters being released and pulled back from the cast face of the third lift of the south pylon, followed by the working platform and outside shutter being lifted into place in preparation for the fourth lift. 19 - 21 September 2015
