Abstrakt:

A flood alleviation scheme extending 3.5 km to protect Leeds City Centre against flooding up to a standard of protection of 1 in 75 years. The scheme consisted of linear defences, innovative movable weirs and improvements to river conveyance. The project implemented BIM in the form of a common data environment and digital workflows. An interactive BIM model was developed for the client to help organise files relating to specific structures along the scheme.
