The Study of Informatization Organization and Management Mode of Building Enterprises

In the background of engineering project management is becoming more and more complex, the complex degree and the construction risk are increasing day by day, the market competition is becoming fierce increasingly. The traditional extensive management methods already cann′t adapt to the requirement of sustainable development of building enterprises; enterprise informatization construction provides the possibility for intensive management of the building enterprise, and it becomes the inevitable choice of the enterprise. But how to carry out the enterprise informatization construction, in order to better improve the performance of informationization level, is the issue to study. The paper designs a practical informatization construction organization structure, puts forward a full-participation′s informatization management mode for the continuous improvement on the basis of contrasting and anglicizing the status quo of the informatization construction.
