Abstrakt: |
A significant amount of material from demolished buildings can be reused in the construction of new buildings. This ensures the circulation of building materials in the construction of new buildings and increases the degree of sustainability in building design. The approach in this paper is from a mathematical perspective, where the optimization problem aims to formulate which materials, with specific properties, are matched with those required for the new building design. It introduces a mathematical optimization problem to match materials with specific properties to those needed for new building designs, and using a developed genetic algorithm, the paper aims to computationally solve this problem. Tested on a theoretical dataset, the goal is to select the optimal materials for constructing new buildings while meeting design requirements. |
