Metro Bridge over the River Ob in Novosibirsk

A metro-bridge over the river Ob, with a length of 2,141 m, is a part of the first phase of the Underground line (extending for 8,500m) in the city of Novosibirsk. Completed in 1985, the first phase of the Underground has provided quick and comfortable transportation of people from the left bank residential area to the central part of the city where the rail-road station, riverside station, motor-coach terminal, administrative, scientific and educational institutions are all located.
