This paper reviews the design criteria for composite slabs at the fire limit state in accordance with Eurocode 4 Part 1.2 and with other modern Codes. A review of fire test data is presented and an assessment is made of the requirements of EC 4 Part 1.2 relative to these tests. Simplified fire design tables are presented. |
