| Abstrakt: | A rational procedure for designing thick pile caps is suggested in this paper. There are no provisions in the ACI Building Code (ACI 318-77) at the present time. However, recent work on shear strength of deep beams corn bined with other provisions of the ACI Building Code may be used to design thick pile caps. |
