Indonesia’s container traffic has grown in the last 20 years with a CAGR of 6.75%. This growth is influenced by several variables including the number of inhabitants, area, and distance between the city and the port. This study analyzes the relationship between variables and benefits of port integration to the growth and sustainability of container terminal development in a sample of ports/terminals managed by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. The study concluded that port integration supports sustainable port development.
