Abstrakt:

The article presents the results of the formation of a decision-making model on the choice of a building facade insulation project based on the hierarchy analysis method. A popular insulation system is a hinged ventilated facade, which is a multi-layer structure. Failure of any structural element inevitably leads to the opening of the entire system at the point of failure. This design requires periodic inspection during operation, which significantly increases operating costs. That is why, at the design stage of facade insulation, it is necessary to take into account a large number of factors that can affect the decrease in reliability and efficiency in the process of subsequent operation. The relevance of the study is justified by the variety of constructive and technological solutions for insulating the facade of the building, the lack of a methodology for their selection. The aim of the work was to develop a decision-making model for choosing a design solution for a building facade insulation system based on the hierarchy analysis method. The object of the research was the criteria for comparing different types of facade insulation, the principles of their ranking. The subject of the research was to study the possibility of using multicriteria optimization methods for making a decision on the choice of a system of a hinged ventilated facade. One of the significant results of the study is the developed decision-making algorithm, taking into account the promising operational technical and economic indicators.
