Notes

This was Felix Candela's last work in Mexico as he moved to the USA in 1968, but he returned frequently to Mexico to finish the final design. However, most of the work was done by Juan Antonio Tonda who had worked with Candela before in 1953 through 1960 and occasionally in 1962 and 1970.

The church was built because of the pastor who moved here from Mexico City and who was a sincere friend of Felix Candela and insisted on a church similar to Candel's Our Miraculous Lady.
