Notes

Eighteen-storey office building with two subgrade parking levels and one at second storey level; service station on the ground floor.

Substructure: piles “Soletanche”, walls and columns in reinforced concrete precast on standardised forms. Parking and service station floors in prestressed hollow slabs. Span binding beam of the service station: 34 m, successive cantilevers: 11 m.

Multistorey office structure in reinforced concrete with central span and double cantilever, entirely manufactured in factory. Transport by trucks and assembling with erecting cranes.
