The Côté Jardin – New apartments in Guyancourt, France
In Guyancourt southwest of Paris, a 20,000 m² complex of buildings named Côté Jardin is being built. After its completion, this complex will accommodate 130 apartments and offer 2,000 m² of retail space.
In addition, 3,000 m² will be available for offices, and the Côté Jardin will include 100 hotel rooms as well as a medical centre.
The General Contractor selected Technique Béton to produce and supply the required concrete admixtures for the mobile concrete plant on this jobsite. Technical Support recommended the use of a super-plasticizer/high water reducing agent in accordance with the raw material specifications and the requirement for high quality concrete. In addition, the DSI company supplied a mould release agent with vegetable base, formwork spacers and concrete cones.
