Optimization concepts for ceiling systems - of semi-finished elements to prefabricated constructionsParticularly by industry buildings the structural system covers 15 % to 20 % of the rough work costs, these are consequently price-setting in a high range. Half-prefabricated and prefabricated building methods with small elements, whose installation works also with common building cranes still offer heavy optimizing potential on concrete, reinforcement and armament. Especially innovative connecting details allow simple installation concepts. The concepts can be clarified on the basis of calculations and conducted examples. |
