Structures in stretches VI and VII of the littoral ring road of Barcelona

The comunication that is presented collects the experience of the project and construction pf a group of structures over the Littoral Ring Road of Barcelona in it stretches VI & VII. A feature shared by all the designed structures concerns their integration in an eminently urban environment. The structures overcome in several cases dificult links between branches, giving rise to complex geometries solved with some audacity in the shapes. The strategy of the design and the verification of this type of slabs with a not too much conventional geometry is revie wed in the communication. The huge posibilities of the prestresed concrete make this technique to be specially suitable to solve these structural typologies.
