Design and construction of a long-distance heating culvert from Düsseldorf-Lausward to Düsseldorf Oberkassel

The company "Stadtwerke Düsseldorf GmbH" is operating a net of approximately 190 km long-distance heating pipelines which is energized by the heating-plant "Lausward".
For the forward-looking development of the long-distance heating pipeline net it was necessary to cross the river Rhine to connect the districts left from the Rhine of the city Düsseldorf with a new efficient heating plant under construction. A new long-distance heating pipeline has to connect the Heating plant on the right side of the river Rhine with the city districts on the left side.
