Abstract:

Hybrid concrete construction is the concept of combining in-situ concrete with precast concrete in construction to make optimum use of the distinctive advantages of each construction type. An evaluation of parameters is presented which can be used to decide whether hybrid concrete construction will be a feasible option for a specific project.
