| Abstract: |
This is a report on the erection process analysis, the prefabrication, and the erection of the steel frame of the large roof of the main stand of Ishin Memorial Park Athletic Stadium. Before the start of factory-fabrication and erection, the erection process analysis was conducted. The analytical results were reflected on factory-fabrication and erection methods and accuracy control during erection. Complex interfaces were studied by three-dimensional CAD to check to see whether members could be fabricated, joined by welding, and assembled properly. For the erection, an erection plan is determined based on the results of the erection process analysis, and accuracy control is conducted carefully. We will report on the erection process analysis, the erection work and the result of the erection work about this structure. |
