Problems caused by the deterioration of infrastructure, a slowdown in the economy and the consequences of global warming can be dealt with as an opportunity for constructive alternate strategies. These include an emphasis on repair and rehabilitation of existing structures and the infrastructure the introduction of new technology and a team approach among design professionals. |
