Static structural proposals for reconstruction of the Congress Hall in Berlin On 21 May 1980, the southern boundary arch of Berlin Congress Hall collapsed, taking with it the roof section it surpported outside the auditorium. In April 1982, the Berlin Senate decided to re-erect the structure as a festival hall. |
